Supported by Zack. Motion carried on a voice vote. PRESENTATION OF THE AGENDA No changes to the agenda. PUBLIC COMMENT None. 1. DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT & BUDGET – 2014 EQUALIZATION REPORT The staff of the Equalization Division of the Department of Management & Budget has examined the assessment rolls of the several townships and cities within Oakland County to determine whether the real OAKLAND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS 1200 N. The resolution adopts the 2014 Equalization and authorizes its certification by the Chairperson of the Board. The 2014 Equalization will be entered on the County records and delivered to the appropriate official of the proper township or city. Mr. Hieber reminded the commissioners that at the April 3 rd, 2014 Finance Committee meeting he informed them that they were waiting on one community to submit its information , which is now included in the 2014 Equalization Report. The recommended total 2014 Equalized V alue is $55,084,607,293, which is a 7.11% increase. The resulting Taxable Value is $50,048,650,087, which is a 1.65% increase. Matis moved approval of the attached suggested resolution . Supported by Quarles. Motion carried unanimously on a roll call vote.
