APPROVAL OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES Hoffman moved approval of the previous minutes of June 3, 2015, as printed. Supported by Fleming. Motion carried on a voice vote. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Middleton moved approval of the Agenda , as printed. Supported by Weipert. Motion carried on a voice vote. AGENDA ITEMS 1. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN S ERVICES/HEALTH DIVISION – INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF OAKLAND AND OAKLAND COUNTY COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH AUTHORITY FOR SUICIDE PREVENTION SERVICES The Department of Health and Human Services/Health Division is seeking approval of an intergovernmental agreement for suicide prevention services between the Oakland County Community Mental Health Authority (OCCMHA) and Oakland County. Th e agreement requires the creation of one (1) Special Revenue (SR) Full-Time Eligible (FTE) Public Health Educator II position for the duration of the project. The OCCMHA was awarded a five -year grant that will fund the position in the amount of $165,692 beginning November 1, 201 4 through September 30, 2015. The agreement is anticipated to be renewed for four more years, from October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2019. The County is not obligated to continue the position if grant funds are discontinued. Middleton moved to report to recommend approval of the attached suggested Resolution . Supported by Weipert. Motion carried unanimously on a roll call vote with Zack absent. Motion carried on a voice vote.
