MEMBERS PRESENT: Penny Luebs, Kristen Nelson, Adam Kochenderfer, Marcia Gershenson, Janet Jackson, Angela Powell, Gwen Markham, Michael Gingell, Bob Hoffman MEMBERS ABSENT WITH NOTICE: None PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Chairperson Luebs led the Committee in the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES None. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Gershenson moved approval of the agenda, as presented. Seconded by Powell. Motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT None. COMMUNICATIONS A. Seconded by Kochenderfer. Motion carried unanimously on a roll call vote. REGULAR AGENDA 2. UPDATE ON LEGISLATIVE ACTIVITIES Jim Ryan, Lobbyist, Public Affairs Associates, provided an update on legislative activities at the State level, including a review of the April 2020 Budget Update from State Budget Director Chris Kolb. Hoffman moved to receive and file the April 2020 Budget Update from State Budget Director Chris Kolb. Seconded by Nelson. Motion carried. 3. WATER RESOURCES COMMISSIONER – OAKLAND-MACOMB INTERCEPTOR DRAIN DRAINAGE DISTRICT FULL FAITH AND CREDIT RESOLUTION Nelson moved to recommend approval of the attached suggested resolution. Seconded by Hoffman. Motion carried unanimously on a roll call vote.
