Chairperson Zack called the meeting of the Finance and Infrastructure Committee to order at 8:50 a.m.
via Videoconference.
MEMBERS PRESENT:
Helaine Zack, Gwen Markham, Tom Middleton, Marcia Gershenson, Angela Powell, Christine Long,
Eileen Kowall
MEMBERS ABSENT WITH NOTICE:
Gary McGillivray and Nancy Quarles
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Chairperson Zack led the Committee in the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Long moved approval of the agenda, as presented. Seconded by Markham.
Motion carried.

REGULAR AGENDA
1. BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS – 2020 PARKS AND RECREATION PROPERTY TAX LEVY
Middleton moved to recommend approval of the attached suggested resolution. Seconded by
Powell.
Motion carried unanimously on a roll call vote with McGillivray and Quarles absent.

REAUTHORIZATION OF THE LIST OF OFFICIAL DEPOSITORIES
Gershenson moved to recommend approval of the attached suggested resolution. Seconded by
Markham.
Motion carried unanimously on a roll call vote with McGillivray and Quarles absent.
