MEMBERS PRESENT: Penny Luebs, Kristen Nelson, Adam Kochenderfer, Janet Jackson, Gwen Markham, William Miller, Angela Powell, Bob Hoffman MEMBERS ABSENT WITH NOTICE: Michael Gingell PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Chairperson Luebs led the Committee in the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Nelson moved approval of the minutes from October 6, 2020, and October 20, 2020, as presented. Seconded by Jackson. Motion carried. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Nelson moved approval of the agenda, as presented. Seconded by Powell. Motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT None. COMMUNICATIONS A. Motion carried on a roll call vote with Gingell absent. 3. COUNTY EXECUTIVE/INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY – PUBLIC SAFETY TRANSPARENCY DASHBOARD PROJECT (CLEMIS) Nelson moved to recommend approval of the attached suggested resolution. Seconded by Powell. SHERIFF, PROSECUTING ATTORNEY – FISCAL YEAR 2021 OAKLAND COUNTY NARCOTICS ENFORCEMENT TEAM (NET) BYRNE GRANT ACCEPTANCE Nelson moved to recommend approval of the attached suggested resolution. Seconded by Hoffman. Motion carried on a roll call vote with Gingell absent. 11. PRESENTATION – DETROIT INSTITUTE OF ARTS Salvador Salort-Pons, Director, Detroit Institute of Arts (DIA), gave the Commissioners a PowerPoint presentation to update them on events at the DIA, including how they are operating during the COVID-19 pandemic. Nelson moved to receive and file the PowerPoint presentation. Seconded by Powell. Motion carried.
