As detailed in his attached application materials,Mr.Lohmeier brings over 30 years of assessing experience in Oakland Countyto this position,including serving as City Assessor for twolarge cities in the county (Novi/Auburn Hills).His credentials and record show his strong commitment to the field of assessing:2 e He holds the Michigan Master Assessing Officer certification required to serve as County Equalization Director,as well as numerous other related certifications and licenses. e He has been deeply involved in local,state,and national assessing associations,holding a range of positions in those associations over time. e Finally,he regularly serves as an instructor for assessing workshops and courses,has presented before the State Tax Commission and Michigan Tax Tribunal,and has authored dozens ofarticles and educational materials in the assessing field.
