parcels in the Village in an amount of three (3) mills per $1,000 of taxable valuation ($3.00 per
$1,000 of taxable value) for a period of fifteen years from 2022 through 2036, inclusive, for
police/fire public safety operations in the Village? The special assessment is estimated to produce
a minimum of $378,000 in collections in the first year of the levy.
