Over this last year, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to collaboration, professional excellence and passion for supporting employees and leaders through best human resources practices. He has extensive experience in change management and organizational development and his many talents will serve Oakland County well as he takes on this new role. POLICY ANALYSIS This request is before the Board of Commissioners pursuant to Public Act 139 of 1973, section 45.558(e) which states "The appointment of heads of departments shall require the concurrence of a majority of the county board of commissioners."
