ITEM CATEGORY SPONSORED BY Grant Penny Luebs INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND The Oakland County Health Division has received Amendment #1 to the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) reimbursement grant agreement. The original reimbursement grant agreement in the amount of $499,000 for the period October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023, was approved by the Board of Commissioners on January 26, 2023 via Miscellaneous Resolution #23013. Amendment #1 increases the grant award amount to $736,358, a total increase of $237,358 with no county match required. This Amendment does not take effect until signed by both parties. The revisions to the Grant Agreement are limited to those specified below. All other provisions of the Agreement remain in effect. COMPENSATION (BUDGET) The State and the Grantee agree to the budget modifications described below. To increase the amount of Noncommunity General Fund awarded by $237,358. The current total Noncommunity General Fund available is $165,814. This amendment will bring the total Noncommunity General Fund available to $403,172, the total amount of grant to $736,358, and the amount of grant State to $719,070.
