OAKLAND COUNTY PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION
February 1, 1974
The meeting was called to order at 10:15 A. M. in the Parks and
Recreation Commission Room.
COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT:
Chairman Richardson, Vice Chairman Dunleavy, Secretary Jawors,
Velma Austin, George Kuhn, Donald Nick, Frances Clark, William
Richards, Richard Wilcox and Lewis Wint.
ALSO PRESENT:
Eric Reickel, William Wyant
The purpose of this special meeting was to review the food and
beverage operations and to discuss the Letters of Intent received
by the Commission as well as the appraisals done by Stoppert's
Appraisal Service on the facilities that provide food and beverage.
Mr. Wyant explained the present food and beverage operation and
the history pertaining to it.
Mr. Wyant was excused from the meeting at 10:15 A. M.
PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:
Moved by Mr. Nick, supported by Mr. Wint that the
Commission accept all bidders to be interviewed.
Motion carried.
A series of questions were authorized by the Commission that they
wanted to present to the candidates. The Commission scheduled the
candidates as follows:
