Frank Richardson in the Waterford -Oaks Activities Center. COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman E. Frank Richardson, Vice Chairman Lewis Wint, Secretary Velma Austin, Richard Vogt, Dr. Joseph Montante, Marjorie Walker, COMMISSION MEMBERS ABSENT: Betty Fortino, George Kuhn, Fred Harris. ALSO PRESENT: R. Eric Reickel, Jon J. Kipke, Robert Bomia, Arnold Johnston, Chuck Ross, Vic Chiasson, Bill Upina, John Greenslit, Bob Tooley, Tom McKinney, Joe Palamara, Bob Salogar, John Bosonetto, Jim Doyon, Hans Hafemeister, Gloria Putnam, Ted Jax, Dick Potter, Pat Rodgers, Roger Reynolds, Bill Morgan, Dave Holderness, Ralph Mangold, Forrest Milzow, Tom McCarthy, Stan Satousky, Seymour Brode, Tom VanDeHey, E. M. Ashley, Eric L. Armentrout, Mark S. Conti, Jack Anderson. The purpose of the Public Hearing was to enable all interested parties to present their opinions regarding Phase II development of Waterford -Oaks County Park. Jack Anderson, Anderson/Lesniak & Associates, gave a slide pre- sentation on the Master Plan for Waterford -Oaks. The proposed Phase II Development is to include: vehicle entry drive, parking for 140 cars, 8 lighted tennis courts, 4 lighted deck tennis courts, 10 lighted shuffleboard courts, 10 lighted horseshoe courts, comfort station and administrative building, and landscaping. The Parks Commissioners answered questions from the audience regarding development of the park. Meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
