PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION
SPECIAL MEETING - PUBLIC HEARING
November 30, 1976
The session was called to order at 7:45 p.mi, by Chairman E. Frank
Richardson in the Waterford -Oaks Activities Center.

The purpose of the Public Hearing was to enable all interested
parties to present their opinions regarding Phase II development
of Waterford -Oaks County Park.
Jack Anderson, Anderson/Lesniak & Associates, gave a slide pre-
sentation on the Master Plan for Waterford -Oaks. The proposed
Phase II Development is to include: vehicle entry drive, parking
for 140 cars, 8 lighted tennis courts, 4 lighted deck tennis
courts, 10 lighted shuffleboard courts, 10 lighted horseshoe
courts, comfort station and administrative building, and landscaping.
The Parks Commissioners answered questions from the audience
regarding development of the park.
