PUBLIC HEARING
December 6, 1989
The meeting was called to order at 9:08 a.m. by Chairman Wint in the commission
room of the Oakland County Parks and Recreation Commission's administrative
office.

Manager Richard noted that the 1990 budget is the same as proposed by staff at
the budget review, with a proposed revenue budget of $9,739,040, up 6.0% over
the estimated actual for 1989. The proposed operating budget for 1990 is
$8,297,685, with the balance of revenue over operating funds for new operating
equipment and capital development. He also reviewed the fees and charges, noting
the changes made by recommendation of the Commission.
No questions were asked; therefore, the public hearing was declared closed at
9:10,a.m.
