COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Wint, Vice Chairman Jean Fox, Fred Korzon, George Kuhn, Thomas Law, John Olsen COMMISSION MEMBERS ABSENT: Secretary Pecky D. Donald Wortman, Vice President Emily Palacios, Assistant Planner Dee Marx, Account Executive Stacy Chichester, Intern Scott Nichol Tim Payne, Wildlife Biologist Manager Richard noted that the 1992 budget is $10,847,760, which reflects the $85,000 reduction for the Springfield Oaks YAC appropriation, as discussed at the October 23 Budget Review. This budget is up 4.7 percent over the proposed budget for 1991. Of the $10,847,760 total, $4,642,160 will come from fees and charges, and the balance of $6,205,600 will come from the millage and interest on investments. The proposed operating budget for 1992 is $9,040,339, an increase of 5.2 percent over the 1991 proposed budget. From the balance of revenue over operating funds, including depreciation expenses of $650,100, the amount of $639,350 will be bud- geted for operating equipment and $1,818,171 will be for capital improvement projects.
