(Public Hearing, March 6, 1991)
Recreation Master Plan Amendment:
Chief of Design Joe Figa noted that, in order for the Commission to submit grant
applications, we must have a current Recreation Master Plan and the proposed proj-
ects must be included in the master plan.
The proposed Sanitary System Improvement project for Addison Oaks was not in-
cluded in our Recreation Master Plan; therefore the master plan must be amended
to include the project in order for the Commission to submit the grant appli-
cation.
Mr. Figa reviewed the sections being amended and noted that the entire Recreation
Master Plan must be resubmitted for approval next year.
Commissioner Olsen requested that the subject of the Recreation Master Plan and
how to proceed with next year's resubmission be placed on the Commission/staff
retreat agenda.
No comments were made or questions asked by the public; therefore, the Public
Hearing was declared closed at 9:50 a.m.
