Vice Chairman VanderVeen called the meeting of the Oakland County Parks and Recreation Commission
to order at 1:10 p.m. in the Parks Commission Room.

REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS
1. CLOSED SESSION pursuant to MCL 15.268(d) – Farmers Market Discussion
Smith Charles moved that the Oakland County Parks and Recreation Commission go into Closed
Session for the purposes of discussion to consider the purchase or lease of real property.
Seconded by Bagley.
Motion carried unanimously on a roll call vote with Quarles absent.
The Commission went into Closed Session at 1:13 p.m.
The Commission reconvened in Open Session at 2:21 p.m.
Discussion was had regarding the timeline for deciding on the Farmers Market improvements.

At 2:31 p.m., there being no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting was
