To the Members of the
PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION
Oakland County, Michigan
Ladies and Gentlemen:
A meeting has been called of the PARKS AND RECREATION
COMMISSION as follows:
TIME...................9:30 a.m.
Friday, March 9, 1973
PLACE..................Parks and Recreation Office
2800 Watkins Lake Road
Pontiac, Michigan 48054
PURPOSE................Regular Meeting
As you can see by the enclosed agenda the business
meeting will be relatively short. There are at least
four (4) items that are not on the agenda that should
be discussed at an Executive Session because it would
not be to any advantage to discuss them publicly. It
is important that all Commissioners attend to get
the full benefit of this session.
The meeting is called in.accordance
of Frances P. Clark, Chairperson of
Recreation Commission.
