They will need your direction so they may proceed with the construction documents. LANDSCAPING GROVELAND-OAKS & SPRINGFIELD-OAKS Permission is requested to contract with the Department of Facilities and Operations Grounds Maintenance to landscape the entrances at Groveland-Oaks and Springfield - Oaks. The estimate cost is $20,000 for Groveland-Oaks. The estimate cost is $5,000 for Springfield -Oaks. There will be some renderings available for your review at the Commission meeting. ITEM #Ila AUCTION ADDISON-OAKS The park system has many miscellaneous items that are of no value to the operation of the parks and should be disposed of. Most of these items were purchased when each individual park was acquired and were part of the purchase. We have discussed this with the Civil Counsel and they believe the best way to dispose of this property is by auction. Permission is requested to hire a professional auctioneer and hold an auction at Addison -Oaks some time in October. A list of the items to be auctioned will be available at the Commission meeting. TMV" 41 11, DANCE FLOOR ADDISON-OAKS Permission is requested to expand the size of the Addison - Oaks dance floor to twice its present size. This request has been predominant since I have arrived here and I feel it is a legitimate complaint. I have had Howard Young investigate this and the estimated cost would be $800.00.
