1975 RODEO PROPOSAL
DAVISBURG ROTARY
A proposal will be presented expressing the Davisburg Rotary
Club's interest in working with the Parks and Recreation
Commission in coordinating advance ticket sales for the 1975
Parks and Recreation Commission's Rodeo. Of course, this will
depend upon whether or not the Commission wishes to sponsor
this event in 1975.
A presentation will be made by Gerry Lacey, Manager of
Springfield -Oaks, giving you the fiscal history of the Rodeo
for the past two years and also to discuss the potential of the
1975 Rodeo.
Staff is quite pleased that the Davisburg Rotary is interested
in co -sponsoring this event with the Commission and based on
their enthusiasm and concern for the success of this event, we
are very hopeful that the Commission continue sponsoring this
event. I am sure that all information you will receive at the
meeting will help with your decision.
