AGREEMENT An agreement has been sent to us through the Authority as to the requirements that are necessary in order to get permission from them to commence with the develop- ment of the golf course on their property. Mr. Richardson and I met with their counsel and executive director, along with Bob Allen,and the con- tents of the agreement meet with the points taken up at that meeting. Mr. Allen is in the process of reviewing the agreement and should have a report back to us for the Friday meeting. Item #10 PERMISSION TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS Bills/Childs will present to you the final design and construction drawings of the golf course. In order for the Commission to get this project underway this summer, it is necessary to go out for bid while we still are interviewing private entre— preneurs as to their interest in operating and building this facility. We have received some interest and will report to you at the meeting.
