Miller 20-5-10 $18,480.00 FDS 20-5-10 23,920.00 Turf Supply 19-5-9 24,640.00 Terminal Supply 19-5-9 25,840.00 Lawn Equipment 24-8-16 26,976.00 Turf Grass 29-3-7 27,216.00 Scotts Proturf 34-3-7 28,493.65 Once again this year we have combined the requisitions of Parks & Recreation and DFO To obtain the best price possible. The above quotations for Parks requirements only. Together with Mike Thibodeau and Tom Lepping, we have examined the low bidder's product to determine if it would be acceptable. W.F. Miller has submitted a letter of analysis and a bag of the fertilizer, both of which appear to be in accordance with our specifications. DFO Grounds used their fertilizer last year and experienced no problems with application and had no adverse effects on their lawns. For the above reasons, we recommend awarding the order to the low bidder, W.F.
