ITEM #6
SPRINGFIELD OAKS
YAC GAS CONVERSION
This is a re -bid of the conversion of the existing oil and
propane heating system to natural gas for the YAC as was presented
at the previous Commission meeting.
Due to a large error on the part of the low bidder, Matheson
Heating, they were not able to fulfill the bid.
Staff recommended a re -bid of this project to again obtain
qualified bids. The bids will be presented with a recommendation
by staff.
