ELECTION OF OFFICERS
As per Act 261 of the Public Acts of 1965, Section 3, the Commission
shall elect officers at its first meeting of the year.
In order that the Commission may be familiar with the proper procedure,
the following applies:
I. Commission should elect a temporary Chairman or
have the Manager act as Clerk of the Commission
and conduct the election of the Chairman.

and adopted, to provide for an election by secret

as provided in the Bylaws, then no secret ballot
