State of Michigan, be authorized (expiration of current millage 12131/2004) as provided in Section 6, Article IX of the Constitution of Michigan up to three-fourths (.75) mill. (.75 cents per 61000.00 of taxable value) The existing operating rnillage as reduced by the required Headlee rollback, based on the year 2004 factors is as follows 6615 expiring 12/04.
