PAVING CART PATHS
GLEN OAKS AND WHITE LAKE OAKS
We have received from Purchasing the following bids for the asphalt
paving of approximately 28,000 sq. ft. of cart paths for Glen Oaks and
White Lake Oaks:
Souter Asphalt $20,733.00
Troy, MI
Al's Asphalt 19,530.00
Taylor, MI
Federal Paving 21,726.00
Auburn Hills, MI
Bush Brothers 21,621.60
Farmington Hills, MI
Apex Asphalt 18,128.00
Pontiac, MI
This paving is part of a continuing capital project of paving over
rough and wet areas for safer and more efficient golf car use.
Golf course personnel are responsible for preparing the base for
these cart paths.
Staff recommends awarding the bid to the low bidder, Apex Asphalt,
for $18,128.00.
There is $21,000 budgeted in the Capital Improvement Budget for
this paving.
