Commission directed Manager Richard to attend the Finance Committee's budget work session to work out an amenable solution. Accordingly, staff has amended the 1992 Operating Budget and the 1992/93 County Biennial Budget to incorporate this proposed solution. 1992 PROPOSED OPERATING BUDGET: The proposed revenue budget is $10,847,760, an increase of 4.7 percent over the proposed budget for 1991.
