Senior Citizens Center Bond Proposal - - - - - - 410 11 11 SENIOR CITIZENS CENTER BOND PROPOSAL Shall the Charter Township of Bloomfield, Oakked County. Michigan, borrow an amount not to exceed Eight Million Dollars ($8,000,000) and issue its general obligation unlimited tax bonds therefore for the purpose of paying the costs of acquiring, constructing, furnishing and equipping a senior citizens center in the Township and improving the site therefore? Cepter__Millege _Proposal SENIOR CITIZENS CENTER MILLAGE PROPOSAL Shall the Charter Township tax limitation upon the total amount of general ad valorem taxes imposed upon real and tangible personal property for all purposes in any one year under Michigan law be increased far the Charter Township of Bloomfield, Oakland County, Michigan, by .07 mills (which is equal to $.07 per $1,1000 of toxoble value of all such property) for a period of 4 years, 2001 through 2004, inclusive, for the purpose of paying for the operation and maintenance of a senior citizens center to be constructed in the Township?
