SENIOR CITIZENS CENTER BOND PROPOSAL
Shall the Charter Township of Bloomfield, Oakked County. Michigan, borrow an amount not to exceed Eight Million
Dollars ($8,000,000) and issue its general obligation unlimited tax bonds therefore for the purpose of paying the
costs of acquiring, constructing, furnishing and equipping a senior citizens center in the Township and improving the
site therefore? The maximum number of years the bonds may be outstanding, exclusive of refunding, is 15 years;
the estimated millage that will be levied to pay the proposed bonds in the first year that the levy is authorized is
.2911 mills (which is equal to $2911 per $1,000 of taxable value of real and personal property in the Township): and
the estimated simple average annual milloge that will be required to retire the bonds is .2380 mills, The
authorization in this proposition shall not become effective unless the ekctors of the Charter Township of
Bloomfield also approve the Senior Citizens Center Millage Proposition at the General Election on November 7,
2000.

SENIOR CITIZENS CENTER MILLAGE PROPOSAL
Shall the Charter Township tax limitation upon the total amount of general ad valorem taxes imposed upon real and
tangible personal property for all purposes in any one year under Michigan law be increased far the Charter
Township of Bloomfield, Oakland County, Michigan, by .07 mills (which is equal to $.07 per $1,1000 of toxoble value
of all such property) for a period of 4 years, 2001 through 2004, inclusive, for the purpose of paying for the
operation and maintenance of a senior citizens center to be constructed in the Township? The proposed rnillage Is
a new additional railing. The amount of revenue the Charter Township of Bloomfield will collect if that millage is
approved and levied by the Township in the first calendar year is estimated to be $202, 414, The authorization in
this proposition shall not become effective unless the electors of the Charter Township of Bloomfield also approve
the senior Citizens Center Bond Proposition at the General Election on November 7, 2000
