Appointment Appointment to Area Agency on Aging 1-B

Chair, the Board of Commissioners recommends the following Board action:
to reappoint Ron Borngesser to the Area Agency on Aging 1-B as an Older Adult Representative for a
two-year term beginning January 1, 2024, and ending December 31, 2025.
Chair, I recommend the adoption of the foregoing Board action.

42 years working for the Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency. Last 19 years as
CEO retired. We run many federal, state and local programs which required grant
administration, Human Resources, Fiscal accountability. I also sat on many other
Nonprofit Boards over the years. See resume on file.

components. Responsible for all human resources, marketing and public

Board of Directors for the Pontiac Academy for Excellence, Chairman of
Venture Inc. and Venture Housing Inc., and President of the Board of
Directors for the Michigan Community Action Agency Association. Past
president and current member of the Oakland County Human Services
Coordinating Council and Pontiac Rotary Club Education Advisory Group
of the School to Work Partnership.
