Motion to approve Amendment #6 to the Huron Valley School District's interlocal service agreement
in the amount of $3,330 per year, beginning on the day of acceptance and ending three (3) years
later and authorize the Chair of the Board of Commissioners to execute the amended interlocal
agreement; father, to amend FY 2024–2026 budgets as detailed in the attached Schedule A.

INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND
In 2012, the Huron Valley School District (HVS) entered into an Interlocal Service Agreement with
the Oakland County Health Division to assist in conducting a groundwater monitoring program that
included sampling from certain residences located near HVS’s Bogie Lake Campus Wastewater
Treatment Plant in White Lake Township, Oakland County, Michigan. HVS is requesting to amend
the agreement to include three (3) additional years of service beginning on the day of acceptance
and ending three (3) years later. The HVS Amendment #6 reflects total potential funding of $3,330
per year including mileage; and
No personnel changes are requested.
This Amendment #6 has been reviewed by the County’s Corporation Counsel and is recommended
for approval.
