The whole number of votes given for and against the COMMERCE TOWNSHIP PROPOSAL TO STAFF
ALL 4 FIRE STATIONS AND PURCHASE EQUIPMENT
Shall the Charter Township of Commerce be authorized to levy seven-tenths of a mill (.7 mills), being $0.70 per $1000.00
of taxable property value, above the non-voted tax levy limitation of five mills imposed by Section 27 of Public Act 359 of
1947, for a period of ten years, disbursing the revenue collected from such additional millage to the township to be used
to house, staff, equip, and operate all 4 stations of the Commerce Township Fire Department? The estimated revenue
that will be collected in the fi•st year that the millage is authorized and levied is $1,056,919.61.

1947, for a period of ten years. disbursing the revenue collected from such millage to the township to retain police
services from the Oakland County Sheriffs Department? The estimated revenue that will be collected in the first year that
the millage is authorized and levied is $005.096.92.

taxable property value, above the non-voted tax levy limitation of five mills imposed by Section 27 of Pjblic Act 359 of
1947, for a period of ten years, disbursing the revenue collected from such additional millage to the township for the
purchase of equipment and for the provision of additional police services from the Oakland County Sheriffs Department?
The estimated revenue that will be collected in the first year that the millage is authorized and levied is $756.371.15.
