MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY ELECTION COMMISSIONERS
CALL TO ORDER:
The Board of County Election Commissioners meeting was called to order by the Honorable Linda S.
Hallmark on June 6, 2024 at 1:35 p.m., in the Oakland County Elections Division, Board of
Canvassers/Training Room, 1st floor, West Wing Extension, 1200 N. Telegraph Rd., Pontiac, MI 48341.
ROLL CALL:
MEMBERS PRESENT: Hallmark, Brown, Wittenberg. (3)
ABSENT: None. (0)
OTHERS PRESENT: Joseph J. Rozell, Director of Elections; Heather Kadulski, Elections Supervisor.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
Moved by BROWN seconded by WITTENBERG to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Moved by WITTENBERG seconded by HALLMARK to approve the minutes of the May 8, 2024, Board of
County Election Commissioners Meeting. Motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS:
A. APPROVAL OF BALLOTS FOR THE AUGUST 6, 2024 PRIMARY ELECTION.
Discussion followed.
Judge Hallmark stated that sample ballots were submitted to the commissioners for approval.
The commissioners reviewed the ballots submitted for Bloomfield Township, Precinct 1, Waterford
Township, Precinct 1, Farmington Hills, Precinct 1 and Rochester Hills, Precinct 1. Judge Hallmark asked
for a motion to approve all ballots for the August 6, 2024 Primary Election.
Moved by HALLMARK seconded by BROWN that the ballots be approved.
VOTE ON APPROVAL OF BALLOTS: AYES: HALLMARK, BROWN, WITTENBERG. (3)
NAYS: NONE. (0)
The ballots were APPROVED.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Lisa Brown.
Moved by BROWN seconded by WITTENBERG that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried.
Judge Hallmark adjourned the meeting at 1:44 p.m.
