Motion to approve the one-time allotment of $5,000 from the Fiscal Year 2024 Board of
Commissioners General Fund Sponsorship line-item budget for the purpose of Sponsorship of the
2024 Commerce Township Concert Series; further, approve and authorize the Board Chair to
execute any required agreements on behalf of Oakland County. Additionally, require that the
recipient of the funds promote the County as a primary sponsor and provide an impact report to the
Board detailing the sponsorship outcomes, including the number of residents served.

ages and abilities.
The success of the project will be evaluated based on: Attendance numbers, tracking the
number of residents attending each concert; community feedback, collecting feedback from
attendees to assess their satisfaction and gather suggestions for improvement; sponsorship
engagement, measuring the level of support and engagement from local sponsors.
