INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND
The Circuit Court specialty treatment programs would like to extend their interlocal agreement with
Oakland County Health Network (OCHN) to provide services for the Juvenile Drug Court, Adult
Treatment Court, and Juvenile Mental Health Court. There is no change to the agreement amount.
This has been reviewed and approved by Corporation Counsel.
BUDGET AMENDMENT REQUIRED: No

AMENDMENT #4
The Parties, COUNTY OF OAKLAND (“County”), and OAKLAND COUNTY
COMMUNITY HEALTH NETWORK (“OCHN”), agree and acknowledge that the purpose
of this Amendment is to modify as provided herein and otherwise continue the present
Agreement relationship between the Parties as described in their current Adult Treatment Court
Program Agreement dated September 17, 2020 (“Agreement”).
This Amendment 4 shall take effect on October 1, 2024, and shall continue through September
30, 2025, unless otherwise terminated by any of the Parties pursuant to section 3.6 of the
Agreement.
In consideration of the mutual promises, representations, assurances, agreements and
provisions in the Agreement and this Amendment, the adequacy of which is hereby
acknowledged by the Parties, the Parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1.The Agreement heading shall be amended to begin with “FY2025”.
2. Section 3.2.1 shall be amended to the following:
The County agrees to not to exceed amount of $57,000 for the ATC Court Liaison,
$38,000 for the YMHC Court Liaison, and not to exceed amount $10,000 for the JDC
Court Liaison in FY2025 grant fiscal year to OCHN for providing, through the
designated Service Provider, the services of mental health Court Liaison for the
FY2025 grant fiscal year, which runs from October 1, 2024 through September 30,
2025, County shall have no responsibility or obligation of any type for providing any
employee benefits or insurance, including workers compensation insurance, for the
Mental Health Court Liaison.

For and in consideration of the mutual assurances, promises, acknowledgments, warrants, representations
and agreements set forth in the Agreement and this Amendment, and for other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledge, the undersigned hereby execute
this Amendment 3 on behalf of the Parties, and by doing so legally obligate and bind the parties to the terms
and conditions of this Amendment 3.
Except as expressly amended by this Amendment, all of the terms of the Agreement shall remain in full
force and effect.
