Shall the Romeo Community Schools, Counties of Macomb and Oakland, State of Michigan, borrow
the sum Vfnot boexceed SMillion Dollars ($62.000.000) and issue its general obligation
unlimited tax bonds, in one or more meriea, to pay the cost of the following projects to create a
modern learning environment for students and for health, oehatv, security, energy conservation and
other purposes:
* Rennxje|inQ, equipping, re -equipping, fumiahing, re -furnishing school bui|dinQs, athletic
fields, playgrounds and other facilities;
m Erecting and completing additions huschool buildings;
m Acquiring and installing instructional technology infrastructure and equipment in school
buildings and other facilities; and
w Pnaporing, developing and improving sites etschool buildings, athletic fields, playgrounds
and other facilities and the purchase ofschool buses?
The annual debt mi|lagerequired toretire all bonds ofthe School District currently outstanding and
proposed pursuant hrthis ballot is expected to becdor below3.85 mills which is U mill increase
from the annual debt miUage levied in 2025. The maximum number of years any aa/ims of bonds
may be outstanding, exclusive ofrefunding, is not more than twenty-five (25) years; the estimated
millage that will be levied to pay the proposed bonds in the first year is 0.72 mills (which is equal to
$0.72 per $1.000 of taxable value); and the estimated simple average annual mi||aQe that will be
required to retire each series of bonds is 0.98 mills annually ($0.98 per $1,000 of taxable value).
If approved by the votera. the bonds will be guaranteed by the State under the School Bond
Qualification and Loan Program (the "Program"). The School District currently has $132.755.000 of
qualified bonds outstanding and $0 of qualified loans outstanding under the Program. The School
District does not expect to hVrn7w from the Program to pay debt service on these bonds, The
estimated computed mi||agerabe required tobelevied to pay the proposed bonds may change in
the future based onchanges incertain circumstances.

used for teacher, administrator or employee ee|ariem, repair or maintenance costs orother operating
