structures and facilities; remodeling, furnishing or refurnishing and equipping or re-eqUipping school buildings, structures and facilities; acquiring,
installing and equipping or re -equipping school buildings for instructional technology; purchasing school buses; and acquiring, developing,
improving and equipping playgrounds, athletic fields and sites?
