Motion to receive and file the Contract Exception Report submitted pursuant to Sections 1200.1 and
2300.11 of the Oakland County Purchasing Policy, which includes single source contract exceptions
consisting of a two (2) year contract with Data Society for Health & Human Services in the amount
of $29,500; a purchase from Revels Tractor and Turf for Parks and Recreation in the amount of
$23,926.41; a one (1) year contract with Motoport USA for the Sheriff’s Office in the amount of
$41,525.00; a three (3) year contract with Drone Tag for the Sheriff’s Office in the amount of $9,000;
a one (1) year contract with LENS Tracking Devices for the Sheriff’s Office in the amount of
$2,632.00; a three (3) year contract with iMs Trident for Information Technology in the amount of
$49,000.00; a five (5) year contract with Motorola Solutions for the Sheriff’s Office in the amount of
$177,100; and a three (3) year contract with Data Sheet Solutions for County Executive
Administration in the amount of $36,000.00.

INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND
The attached Contract Exception Report submitted pursuant to Sections 1200.1 and 2300.11 of the
Oakland County Purchasing Policy outlines multiple single source procurements across several
County departments, including Health & Human Services, Parks and Recreation, the Sheriff’s
Office, Information Technology, and County Executive Administration.
