Shall Section 9.1 of the Charter of the City of Madison Heights be amended to provide for public
residential street right-of-way repair and construction, and related sewer repairs and reconstruction,
by levy and collection of two (2.00) mills per year for ten years, beginning in 2027? If approved, it is
estimated that 2.00 mills would raise approximately $2,416,754 when first levied in 2027.
