support and maintenance of the Orion Township public l ibrary be
increased from 1 mill to 2 mills pursuant to Public Act 164 of
1877 as amended?

FIRS CAPITAL FUND PROPOSITION
Shall the constitutional tax limitation on the total amount of
general ad valorem taxes which may be imposed each year for all
purposes on real and tangible personal, property in the total of
Orion Township, Oakland County, Michigan, be increased as
provided in Section 6, Article IX of the Constitution of Michigan
for a period of 2 years from 1990 to 1991, both inclusive, by an
amount not to exceed one half (1/2) mill, fifty cents ($.50) per
one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars of assessed valuation as finally
equalized for the purpose of a fire capital fund to provide for
fire fighting apparatus, equipment and fire halls?

unincorporated portions of Orion Township, Oakland County,
Michigan, be increased as provided in Section 6, Article IX of
the Constitution of Michigan for a period of 2 years from 1990 to
