Shall the Charter Township of Oxford. County of Oakland. Michigan, borrow the sum
of not to exceed Four Million Two Hundred Forty Thousand ($4,240,000) Dollars and
issue its unlimited tax general obligation bonds for all or a portion of that
amount for the purpose of acquiring, constructing and furnishing a building for
Township purposes, including, but not limited to use as the Township Public Library?

The whole number of vows given for and against tim LIBRARY MILLAGE PROPOSAL
Shall the limitation on taxes which may be imposed each year for library purposes
upon taxable property within the Charter Township of Oxford, County of Oakland,
Michigan, be increased in an amount not to exceed Eighty-Five Cents ($.85) per
thousand dollars ($1,000) (0.85 mills) of the Taxable Value on all taxable property
in the Charter Township of Oxford, in order to provide library funds for the Oxford
Public Library? If approved and levied in its entirety in the first year following
authorization, this millage would raise an estimated $272,127 for the Library.
