PRESENT: Shirley Redmond Dorothy White Dorothy Walker Alva Weninger The meeting was called to order at 1:00 PM and Alva Weninger was appointed chairperson. Duties of the Canvassing Board were reviewed by Clerk Betty Fortino and then discussed by the Canvassing Board. All vote totals were reviewed and tallied. Local contests on the November 8, 1994 General Election ballot included a Township Trustee position and a 51st District Court Judge position. There were also four state proposals on the ballot. Increase the maximum principal of the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund from S200 million to $400 million. 5.)
