Shall the Village Charter, Chapter II, Section 2(1) which permits the Village to acquire by purchase, gift or lease,
personal property of a value not to exceed $1000.00 for any public use or purpose within the scope of its powers and
to hold, manage, control, sell or otherwise dispose of same without the approval of the electorate be amended by
raising the value limitation from $1000.00 to $10,000.00 and providing that the Village may acquire or dispose of
personal property of a value exceeding $10,000.00 with the prior approval of a majority vote of the electorate?
NOTE: Adoption of Proposal A is subject to approval by the electors of Proposal B.

purchase, gift or lease if the annual rental exceeds $1000.00, unless first approved b y two-thirds of the electors

value exceeds $10,000.00 or b y lease if the annual rental exceeds $10,000.00 unless first approved b y two-thirds of

and propositions and declare whether the same have been adopted or rejected and what persons have been elected
