LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES III
Shall the total tax rate limitation on general ad valorem taxes as provided by law upon all taxable
property within the unincorporated portion of the Charter Township of Oxford, Oakland County,
Michigan, be increased by 1.0 mill (1.0 mill being equal to $1.00 per each $1,000 of state taxable 11111
value) for a period of two (2) years beginning with the December 2012 tax levy through the
December 2013 tax levy to provide funds to the Township for the purpose of contracting to provide
police protection services and law enforcement services for the unincorporated portion of the
Charter Township of Oxford, and shall the Township levy an amount not to exceed such increase in
millage for such purpose during this period which will raise in the first year if levied an estimated
revenue of Five Hundred Seventy Six Thousand Four Hundred Eighty One and 551100 Dollars
($576,481.55)?
