On September 2, 2009, the Board of Commissioners for Oakland County entered into an agreement per MR
#09193 – Multidepartmental: Sheriff’s Office, Prosecuting Attorney and Circuit Court – 2009 Edward Byrne
Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program – Intergovernmental Agreement and Grant Application.
As required by Urban Cooperation Act 7 of 1967 - MCL 124.510(4), a copy of the signed agreements with the
Cities of Auburn Hills, Farmington Hills, Ferndale, Hazel Park, Oak Park, Pontiac, Royal Oak, Southfield and
Township of Waterford enclosed for filing by your office.
