On May 2, 2012, the Board of Commissioners for Oakland County entered into an agreement per MR #12114 – Sheriff’s Office, Prosecuting Attorney, Circuit Court and Community Corrections – 2008 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program – Amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement.
As required by Urban Cooperation Act 7 of 1967 - MCL 124.510(4), a copy of the signed agreement with the
County of Oakland and Cities of Pontiac and Southfield and the authorizing Board of Commissioners Resolution are enclosed for filing by your office.
