As required by Urban Cooperation Act 7 of 1967 - MCL 124.510(4), a copy of the signed agreement with the North Oakland County Fire Authority and the authorizing Board of Commissioners Resolution are enclosed for filing by your office. Donald Walls II Captain Matt Weil Sandy Villarreal Chester Koop Amy Mayhew Doug Smith Jim Weil Dave Gordon Dawn Bott Jeremy Oxford Alison Kalcec Chief Danishevskaya Chairperson Lambert called the regular meeting of the North Oakland County Fire Authority to order at 7:00 P.M. at Station #1, 5051 Grange Hall Rd., Holly, MI 48442. Roll Call: Present –D. Scheib-Snider, J. Lambert, J. Leslie, R. Kast, Chief Lintz. Absent - None. CONSENT AGENDA APPROVAL Moved by Leslie, seconded by Kast, motion carried, to approve the following items under the consent agenda:  Proposed agenda for March 19, 2012 as presented  Minutes of the regular meeting on February 27, 2012  General Fund Revenue and Expense Report March 19, 2012  Equipment Replacement Fund Revenue and Expense Report  Funds Available as of March 19, 2012 Checking Account $182,162.96 Statement Savings Account $ 88,015.29 Capital Replacement Savings Account $270,309.11 Bills For Payment (2/27/2012 through 3/19/2012) $ 27,112.74  Cost of Payroll (2/27/2012 through 3/19/2012). $ 37,523.27  February 2012 Run Report  Accounts Receivable Report, Medical - $48,986.15, Fire - $990.00 Voting yes –Leslie, Kast, Lambert, Scheib-Snider. Voting no – None. North Oakland County Fire Authority Regular Meeting March 19, 2012 2 PRESENTATION - There was no presentation. OLD BUSINESS - There was no old business. NEW BUSINESS Dispatch Contract Moved by Scheib-Snider, seconded by Lambert, motion carried, to approve the 2012-2015 Fire Dispatch Service Agreement between The County of Oakland and the North Oakland County Fire Authority. Voting yes – Scheib-Snider, Lambert, Leslie, Kast. Voting no – None. Reports Incident Run Data for February 2012 – there were 55 runs for the department. (Holly Township – 22, Rose Township – 27, I-75 – 6, out of district - 0). Chief Lintz indicated that response times are getting better with the Rose Township station up and running. Captain Weil gave a presentation stressing the importance of the participation of the townships in building construction and alterations to existing buildings. Sandy Villarreal stated that they are getting more equipment with grant money. Rose Township – Ms. Scheib-Snider reported that Rose Township had removed Ms. Slaughter from the fire board and will be selecting a new representative. Holly Township – Ms. Leslie stated that she would have liked to have had the contract proposal from Holly Village reconsidered after more information was obtained. She thanked Rose Township for taking the board concerns seriously regarding their board member. Citizen At Large – No Report. PUBLIC COMMENTS D. Walls stated that Rose Township is talking about changing what people can do with large lots and Chief Lintz should have Supervisor Noble explain. Mrs. Kalcec asked if the department knew about the large house planned near Perch Lake in Rose Township. S. Villarreal stated the Chief Lintz has always had the olive branch out if Holly Village is inclined to join the department again. ADJOURNMENT The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 P.M. Patricia A.
