On August 13, 2015, the Board of Commissioners for Oakland County entered into an agreement per MR #15213 – Department of Information Technology – Modifications to Comprehensive I.T. Services Interlocal Agreement.
As required by Urban Cooperation Act 7 of 1967 - MCL 124.510(4), a copy of the signed agreement with the County of
Oakland and City of Romulus and the authorizing Board of Commissioners Resolution are enclosed for filing by your office.

the mayor and clerk to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with Wayne County accepting
$25,314.00 grant for improvements to the Romulus Athletic Center outdoor track.

adoption of a resolution to designate Kathy Ritter as the City’s alternate representative to the
Alliance of Downriver Watersheds.

the adoption of a resolution to designate Kathy Ritter as the City’s alternate representative to the
Alliance of Rouge Communities.

16-412 5C. Moved by Choate, seconded by Crout to concur with the administration and authorize the
mayor and clerk to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with Wayne County for the Eureka
Road Concrete Patching Project Phase II, between Vining Road and Wayne Road with an estimated
cost share of $59,450.00 with a portion (50%) of our commitment required to be paid up front as a
“working capital advance.”

Community Conference Membership dues for the City of Romulus in the amount of $4,750.

appointment of Charles Pecsenye to the Police, Fire and Safety Commission with a term expiring
July 22, 2018.

and ending at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, October 14, 2016 for the Community Services Department Family
Fall Fun Festival activities.

Clerk’s Report:
Clerk Ellen Craig-Bragg announced that Tuesday, October 11, 2016 is the last day to register to

Ordinance Amending International Property Maintenance Code, Appendix A, Board-Up
Standards for Open and Unsecure Structures. This ordinance was introduced at the Council
meeting of Monday, September 26, 2016.
