On March 8, 2018 the Board of Commissioners for Oakland County entered into an agreement per MR #18065 –
Department of Economic Development and Community Affairs – Approval of 2018 NO HAZ Interlocal Agreement.
As required by Urban Cooperation Act 7 of 1967 - MCL 124.510(4), a copy of the signed agreement with the County of Oakland and the Township of Oakland, and the authorizing Board of Commissioners Resolution are enclosed for filing by
your office.

CALL TO ORDER
The January 9, 2018 Regular Meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of
Trustees was called to order by Supervisor Bailey at 7:07 PM in the Township Hall,
4393 Collins Rd., Rochester, MI.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND ROLL CALL
Supervisor Bailey led the reciting of The Pledge of Allegiance.
Clerk Reilly called the Roll.
Members Present: Michael Bailey, Supervisor
Karen Reilly, Clerk
Jeanne Langlois, Treasurer
Robin Buxar, Trustee
Frank Ferriolo, Trustee
John Giannangeli, Trustee
Lana Mangiapane, Trustee
Absent: None
Also Present: Dale Stuart, Township Manager
Dan Kelly, Township Attorney
A quorum was present.
ANNOUNCEMENTS AND PROCLAMATIONS
There were not any announcements nor proclamations.
AMENDMENTS/APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
MOTION by Langlois, supported by Buxar to approve the Agenda as presented.
Motion carried unanimously.

1. Consideration and Approval of the 2017 Older Persons’ Commission
Interlocal Agreement
The Board heard a presentation from:
Renee Cortright – OPC Executive Director
MOTION by Buxar, supported by Langlois to approve the Amended and Restated
Interlocal Agreement Rochester Hills-Oakland-Rochester Older Persons’ Commission,
and to authorize the Supervisor to sign.
Motion carried unanimously.
2. Blossom Ridge, LLC Liquor License Transfer Application
The Board heard a presentation from:
Edward Kickham – Blossom Ridge Counsel
Kelly Scheer – President of the Blossom Collection
3. 2018 NoHaz Interlocal Agreement and Resolution
MOTION by Langlois, supported by Buxar to approve the 2018 NoHaz Interlocal
Agreement and resolution, and to authorize the Supervisor and Clerk to sign.
The motion carried unanimously.

Township Hall water line break
Township facilities maintenance plan
BOARD REPORTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Trustee Ferriolo – Had nothing to report.
Trustee Buxar – Wished everyone a Happy New Year.
Treasurer Langlois – Reported a possible schedule conflict with the April Board of
Trustees meeting and the MTA Annual Conference.
She further suggested that the Board hold a periodic general review of its
subcommittees.
Trustee Giannangeli – Had nothing to report.
Trustee Mangiapane – Wished everyone a Happy New Year.
Clerk Reilly – Had nothing to report.
Supervisor Bailey – Also wished everyone a great 2018.
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION by Buxar, supported by Langlois to adjourn the meeting at 7:39 PM.
