(0) Nominations in order for two members of the Planning Commission to fill vacancies. Mr. Dohany nominated Alexander C, Perinoff for the term expiring 12/31/65. Mr. Potter seconded the nomination. Moved by Patnales supported by Durbin that nominations be closed, the rules suspended, and the Clerk be instructed to cast the unanimous vote of the Board for Alexander C. Perinoff. A sufficient majority having voted therefor, the motion carried. Alexander C. Perinoff declared elected a member of the Planning Commission to replace Hollis W. Jencks for the term expiring 12/31/65. Mr. Bloe nominated Edward Maier for the term expiring 12/31/66. Mr, Menzies seconded the nomination. Moved by Goodspeed supported by Mainland that nominations be closed, the rules suspended, and the Clerk be instructed to cast the unanimous vote of the hoard for Edward Maier. A sufficient majority having voted therefor, the motion carried. Edward Maier declared elected a member of the Planning Comission to replace Ernest W. Seaholm for the term expiriaL• l2/31/66. Moved by Miller supported by Hall the Board adjourn subject to the call of the Chair.
