Sec. 18, I Road, on the East and Southeast by rl S. W. by Oakland Avenue, and on the land located in the S.W. 1/4 Sec. Brewer, Broker, of Pontiac, Michigan, which sum is not less than the appraised value, and has received a deposit of $2,000.00 from said Company, said sale to be contingent upon Purchaser and Seller being able to have this property rezoned for commercial use, NOW THEREFORE HE IT RESOLVED that this Board authorize and approve the sale of said property to the Lloyd Realty Company, incorporated, in accordance with the By-taws of this Board; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Clerk of this Board be and they are hereby authorized to execute the necessary conveyances to complete this sale, funds to. be credited to the indigent Housing Fund. Misc. 4166 Hy Mr. Levinson IN RE: REPORT ON JURY COMMISSION To the Oakland County Board of Supervisors Mr: Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen: The Oakland County Jury Commission Bill, House Bill 232, was signed by the Governor on April 26, 1963 and is now Act No. 35 of the Public Acts of '963. This Act was passed with immediate effect and decreases the term of the Jury Commi.,;oners from 6 years to 2 years. According to the terms of the Act, it will be n.a as.,:ry, if the Board is to establish a Jury- Connissien, to do so by a majority vote of the of the Board. Three members shall be appointed by the Board of Supervisors. The cempensal:,:h shall also be established by the Board of Supervisors for each day's service but. the Act limits The number of days not to .exceed 100 in any one calendar year Your Was and Means Committee, in accordance with Miscellaneous Resolution 4101, will, in the June Session of the Board, make its recommendation of the necessary procedures for the implementation of the Act.
