To the Oakland. County Board of Supervisrs
Mr. Chairman, Ladies and Gentlemen:
WHEREAS the County- of Oakland has title to a parcel of property described as:
Lot No. 298 of Joslyn Gardens Subdivision of part of Southeast 1/4 of Section 16,
T3N, R10E, City of Pontiae,according to the plat thereof as recorded in the
Oakland County Register of Deed's Office (582 Second St.);
and
WHEREAS at its meeting of July 1, 1966, the Welfare Committee of this Board passed a
resolution referring the property to the Buildings and Grounds Committee for sale with the proceeds
to be credited to the Indigent Housing Fund, and
WHEREAS your Buildings and Grounds Committee deems it to be in the best interest of the
County to dispose of said property as recommended by the Welfare Committee,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Buildings and Grounds Committee take the necessary
steps to dispose of the above described property in accordance with the By-Laws of this Board and
credit the proceeds to the Indigent Housing Fund,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that when such sale is effected the Chairman and Clerk of this
Board are hereby authorized to execute the necessary - instruments to complete transfer of said property.
