THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF OAKIANO COIWIY, MICHIGAN, as follows
I. That the bond resolution adopted by this Poard of Supera on December 14, 1966, as

County prior to maturity on any oni• or more interest payment dates, on or after May I. 194. Bonds
called for redemption shall be raueomed at the par value thereof' and accrued interest plus a premium
on each bond computed as a percentaae of the of the face amount thereof in accordance with the
following schedule:

Notice of redemptdon shall be .a:ven to the holders of the LorAs to be redeemed by publication of such
notice not Joss than thirty (30) days prior to the date tIs f far redemption, at least once in a
newspaper or publication circulated in the City of New York, sea ',:erk, which. carries as a part of its
regular service, notices of the sale of municipal bonds. Bonds so called for redemption shall not
bear interest after the date fixed for redemption, provided funds are on hand with the paying agent
to redeem the same. Bonds maturing prior to the year 19.5 shall not be subject to redemption prior
to maturity. Al] bonds shall have proper coupons at thereto evidencing interest to their
respective dates of maturity.
3. That the principal of bonds of said series and the interest thereon shall be payable in
lawful money of the United States of America, at such bank and/or trust company which qualified as a
paying agent under Federal or Michigan law and which shall be designated by the original purchaser of
the bonds. Such purchaser shall have the right to name a. similarly qualified co-paying agent.
4. That the Chairman of the 1hoard of Supervra and the County Clerk of the County of
Oakland, are lvreby authorized and directed to execute !-.aid bonds for and on behalf of the said County
and to affix the seal of said county thereto, and to exocte the interest coupons to he attached to
said bonds by causing to be affixed thereto their facsimile signatures; and that upon the execution
of said bonds and attached coupons, the same shall he delivered to the Treasurer of said county who
is hereby authorized and directed to deliver said bonds and attached coupons to the purchaser thereof,
upon receipt of the purchase price therefor.
5. That t.he said bonds arc to be issued pursuant to the provisions of Act No. E.'5 of the

12. No change in the jurisdiction over any territory in the Township shall in any manner
impair the obligations of this contract. In the event all or any part of the territory of the
Township served by this Northeast Section is incorporated as a new city or is annexed to or becomes
a part of the territory of another municipality, the municipality into which such territory is in-
corporated or to which such territory is annexed.. ahail assume the proper proportionate share of the
contractual obligation of the Township to the Ce•t, and of the contractual right of the Township
to water supply service hereunder, such proporfie• share to be determined by the Board of Public
Works. The determination by the Board shall b baaed primarily upon the proportion of the total
design capacity of the entire Northeast Scot c. located within the area incorporated or annexed:
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that in making such dote:mina:Lion the Board snail take into consideratdon all
factors necessary to make the division equitable, in addition, the Board shall in the case of
partial incorpoeation or annexation, prior to such determination, receive a written recommendation
as to the proaeeaivision from a committc• composed of one representative designated by the governing
body of the onnacipality from which the t€oiitory is taken, one designated by the governing body of
the new municipality or the municipality annexing such territory, and one independent registered
engineer appointed by the Board. Each municipality shall appoint its representative within fifteen
(15) days after being notified to do so by the Board and within a like time the Board shall appoint
the engineer third member. If any municipality shall fail to appoint its representative within the
time above provided, then the Board may proceed without said recommendation. If the committee shall
not make its recommendation within forty-five (45) days after its appointment or with any extension
thereof by the Board, then the Board may proceed without such recommendation. In the consideration
of the matters herein provided, including the designation of the third member of the committee, any
member of the Board who is also an official of either affected municipality rid1. be disqualified
to act or vote. If territory in the Township not served by this Northeast Sect ..on is. incorporated
as a city or annexed to another municipality, such territory shall remain subject to the levy of a
tax to support the full faith and credit pledge of the Township to pay its obligations to the County
at the same time and to the same extent as all other territory now or then in the Township.
13. The County and the Township each recognize that the holders from time to tire of' the
bonds to be issued by the County under the provisions of said Act No. 185, Michigan Publi -ctJ, of
1957, as amended, and secured by the full faith and credit pledge of the Township to ti e ,r of
its payments as set forth in this contract, will have contractual rights in the contract, it is
therefore covenanted and agreed by the parties hereto -'ab.t so long as any of said bonds shall remain
outstanding and unpaid, the provisions of this contract af:all not be subject to any alteration or
revision which would in any manner affect either the security of the bonds or the prompt payment of
arAncipal or interest thereon. The Towre-ip and the Co it:,- further covenant and agree that they will
